RCM Technologies Northeast Sales / Account Manager in United States

Permanent Placement / Direct Placement Title: Northeast Sales / Account Manager Compensation: $100K to $120K – Plus Commission, Bonus, & Benefits. Take advantage of this amazing opportunity before someone else does. Position Description: The Sales / Account Manager represents the company in the marketplace. This remote Sales Manager position can be assigned by territory, region, account, or market. S/he will strive to increase market share, profitability, and sales growth with existing accounts. This position will have a strong emphasis on developing new accounts. A candidate with existing work history in the wire and cable industry is critical but not a must. Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable growth and maintain or increase market share.

  • Communicate frequently with customers and channel partners to address issues, maintenance, new business, and contract matters.

  • Monitor competitor actions in the marketplace and recommend strategies to defend or gain market share.

  • Work to secure product approvals and specifications for our client's offerings.

  • Negotiate favorable terms with customers to maximize profit margins within company pricing guidelines; assist in contract development and competitive proposal analysis.

  • Develop strong customer relationships beyond the Purchasing Department and provide relevant information to the Sales Director.

  • Attend industry functions, seminars, and symposiums to stay informed and engaged.

  • Collaborate with customers on new product development, address customer needs, and support marketing efforts (e.g., presentations, videos, blogs, white papers).

    Qualifications:

  • Self-directed and work independently

  • Demonstrate mental flexibility, patience and the ability to multi-task.

  • Must be able to travel within the territory

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Proficiency in Excel is strongly favorable

  • Experience in Industrial Tapes or within the wire and cable industry will be strongly considered.

  • 3 to 5 years sales experience.

    Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or work related experience.
