CTG Medical Device Integration Engineer in United States

Description

CTG is seeking an experienced Medical Device Integration Engineer for a remote role to support our healthcare client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months

Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage device integration in ambulatory setting to integration with multiple specialties.

  • Helping to facilitate the overall selection deployment.

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to configure the equipment within their existing network infrastructure.

  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and feature updates.

  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, software, and customer support teams.

  • Documenting all project activities and maintaining accurate records.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.

  • In-depth knowledge of medical device integration and experience supporting lifecycle from selection to deployment.

  • Previous experience in a clinical environment or strong familiarity with healthcare.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Education:

  • Associates Degree/College Diploma, required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85.00/hr to $95.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
