Job Description: Summary:
The main function of a holiday decorator is to produce timely and cost-effective holiday designs.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete holiday displays for customer facilities.
Assemble and decorate new holiday orders per the specifications of each order.
Work within warehouse facilities and on customer worksites.
Install and service replica foliage and poinsettia, holiday deÌcor, ambient scenting and stunning wall art for commercial businesses.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage one’s time.
Ability to work on ladders and scissor lifts.
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Previous experience with design.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years experience.
M-F 8am-4pm EST standard hours.
Possibility of 2-3 hours of OT per day during the busy months and working the occasional Saturday for installs (will be discussed with manager).
When they are not driving they will be decorating/helping with warehouse duties.
People with previous creative design experience preferred but manager is looking for someone who is a creative or artistic person (Example: painting, display creation, etc).
Will be working in a warehouse facility so need someone who is physically able to stand, bend, and has fine motor skills.
Will be working on ladders up to 6 feet.
