ManpowerGroup Lead Software Engineer in United States
Our client in the education industry is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the product engineering group supporting mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Full Stack development, mobile app development, and leadership experience.
Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: 100% offsite
Pay Range: $69.20/hour
What's the Job?
Design and develop high-performing, scalable mobile apps for iOS/Android with unit and integration testing and app analytics.
Provide best practices and guidelines to the team, implement design review processes to maintain high quality mobile apps.
Successfully plan & execute projects involve multiple developers and complex requirements, prioritizing strategically while being focused on technical decision making.
Collaborate with engineers on your team on feature development and bug fixes.
Participate in the design and development of applications and services to support various business and engineering initiatives.
What's Needed?
7+ Years of experience in product or enterprise software development.
Strong hands-on experience on the full software stack including Frontend, Backend / API, Databases, and Infrastructure.
Proven technical abilities in software development, testing, monitoring, performance tuning and deployment pipelines.
Focus on application quality and testing practices like unit, integration and e2e testing, code coverage analysis and automated software inspection.
Experience with node.js, Tech Lead experience, AWS, CI/CD, and preferably Flutter.
