Lead process creation and execution for complex technology installations Learn, understand, and drive new architectures and standards associated with all TSC architecture. Organize and Participate in Project design and organization with PMO Help delegate functional project work tEngineer/Senior Engineer team. On assigned projects act as technical project manager working closely with project managers tbuild project plan, objectives, definition of done. Training: Train and socialize new processes and technologies tpeers and internal support team. Write and publish Knowledge base articles for internal and external troubleshooting and configuration processes. Review and approve KB articles written by other team members. Lead Team training in specialized areas of network work for other team members Inter-team Collaboration: Work with other support teams tidentify process gaps Work with other support teams tidentify technology gaps Actively develop and lead relationships cross-departmentally Have visibility and contribute strategically tsupport roadmap. Represent networking at change and architecture review boards. Leadership: Lead communication efforts with leadership on high priority trouble issues. Strong verbal and written communication ability at a leadership level. Traditional networking experience, will help fill the gaps using Azure Intra cloud experience with Azure (setting up NSG), setting up landings, good handle on virtual networking Azure experience is crucial for this role.
