Write and publish Knowledge base articles for internal and external troubleshooting and configuration processes. Review and approve KB articles written by other team members. Lead Team training in specialized areas of network work for other team members Inter-team Collaboration: Work with other support teams tidentify process gaps Work with other support teams tidentify technology gaps Actively develop and lead relationships cross-departmentally Have visibility and contribute strategically tsupport roadmap. Represent networking at change and architecture review boards. Leadership: Lead communication efforts with leadership on high priority trouble issues.
