Eliot’s Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
Eliot is currently seeking a strong, experienced Licensed Lead Clinician for the Malden branch of our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience as well as proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Demonstrated knowledge of consumer empowerment, consumer recovery and dual diagnosis is a must.
PACT staff coordinate and provide comprehensive recovery and rehabilitative services to consumers participating in PACT. Interventions include a range of therapeutic & behavioral services, including crisis intervention, for individuals with both severe mental illnesses and/or substance abuse disorders. Services are predominantly community based, including at consumers' homes, medical facilities, & other locations.
Responsibilities:
Provide and maintain therapeutic boundaries and a professional relationship with clients.
Empower consumers to exercise control over their lives, including daily routines within their home, their treatment and leisure activities.
Transport clients to work sites, meetings, daily activities, appointments as needed. Follow all motor vehicle rules and regulations when driving clients.
Provide clinical supervision to other team members.
Provide case management services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Assist in the development of clinical interventions, risk assessment and management, develop IAP's
Provide direct clinical interventions to individuals served.
Function as part of the Leadership team
Schedule: M-F 8-4; with one 12-8 shift and 1 weekend a month
