Allegion is seeking an experienced IT M&A Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of critical initiatives for M&A Integration. Primary responsibilities include managing the planning, execution, and delivery of high impact projects with cross-regional and cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and, as needed, Application Solution Delivery. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative project leader who has relevant experience and is able to enjoy working in an energizing, dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to effectively lead and influence, provide visibility into targeted milestones and progress, drive delivery, and effectively manage risk and issue resolution for value realization. The role will report to Sr. Manager, Global IT PMO.
What you'll do:
Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives
Partner with Security and Architecture representatives to ensure technical alignment of proposed solutions
Work with teams, including third parties, to create achievable delivery plans
Ensure initiatives adhere to Global Portfolio Management process requirements and meet relevant entry and exit lifecycle gate criteria
Facilitate core and extended team activities
Provide relevant project documentation and status reporting
Manage project scope and risk
Remove impediments/guide the team to remove impediments by facilitating problem solving and alignment between team members and team members and other stakeholders.
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Ensure Business Value and Outcome targets are known and Value Realization is monitored where applicable
Work closely with IT procurement in relation to purchase orders and invoice approval as needed
This role may assist in business analysis, requirements elicitation, sourcing and asset management activities

What You Need to Succeed:
Project management skills
Influence/leadership skills
Ability to effectively break down work and facilitate discussions to understand priority and capacity across teams to build solid project plans
Ability to quickly understanding new business domains and be creative and thoughtful about implementing technology to resolve problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communication effectively across levels and to both technical and non-technical roles
Self-motivated mindset with good time management skills and strong organization skills
Ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
Ability to be comfortable with and successfully work on globally distributed project team
Ability to effectively and efficiently lead delivery teams to keep team members focused on the right activities and maximize resource efforts and time
Ability to ask leading questions to understand timing and surface risks and opportunities around deliverables
Ability to effectively assess project information and communicate across all levels to ensure everyone is understanding and aligned on progress, issues, and end dates
Experience creating effective reporting and visuals to ensure leadership understands workloads and risks across projects
Experience working within both agile and waterfall projects and ability to assess and help execute on opportunities to enhance processes
Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to ensure both internal teams and business partners are aligned on plans and actions
Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills
A curious and hungry attitude for continuous learning and improvement
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Information Technology related discipline preferred)
5-7 years of experience leading Infrastructure and Operations related projects
5+ years executing M&A related initiatives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience working in a global environment, working with teams in different time zones and cultures
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Methodologies preferred
Project Management Experience working with global Infrastructure and Operations and Cybersecurity
Experience with Application Infrastructure, including ERP Infrastructure
Experience with Manufacturing Sites and End Users
Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed to support business entities
Experience working with remote teams and multiple projects/initiatives at a time.
Expertise in tracking, communicating and driving transition tasks and project risk management across multiple sites and US time zones

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The expected Base Salary Range: $114,000 - $150,000 . The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
