Inventory Jr. Analyst
Maintains stock of spare parts and MRO consumables including: purchasing, inventory accuracy, consumption/usage management, and proper levels available to ensure line uptime.
Role Responsibilities and Scope
All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
Manage and control MRO budget.
Inventory control of spare parts in the warehouse (PPG vs. Oracle).
Perform cycle counts and tag parts in the warehouse.
Supervise execution and fulfillment of work orders by specialists in the process.
Request and organize budget, services and materials needed for annual maintenance of the line.
Generate and follow up on all requests issues by the plant (requisitions and purchase orders).
Supervise purchasing process according to policies (quality, price and delivery time).
Keep consumables inventory updated of the plant.
Supervise the process of receiving packages at the plant.
Attending auditable processes of the plant.
Ensure food safety practices and applicable SQF system requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.
1 year experience in administrative activities such as sales or cycle counting desirable.
Desirable experience with inventory management.
Basic Excel knowledge required .
Basic SAP or Oracle knowledge required .
Fluent in spoken English .
Required a vailability to work at Soyaniquilpan de Juarez, Estado de México .
