Inventory Jr. Analyst

Maintains stock of spare parts and MRO consumables including: purchasing, inventory accuracy, consumption/usage management, and proper levels available to ensure line uptime.

Role Responsibilities and Scope

All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline

  • Manage and control MRO budget.

  • Inventory control of spare parts in the warehouse (PPG vs. Oracle).

  • Perform cycle counts and tag parts in the warehouse.

  • Supervise execution and fulfillment of work orders by specialists in the process.

  • Request and organize budget, services and materials needed for annual maintenance of the line.

  • Generate and follow up on all requests issues by the plant (requisitions and purchase orders).

  • Supervise purchasing process according to policies (quality, price and delivery time).

  • Keep consumables inventory updated of the plant.

  • Supervise the process of receiving packages at the plant.

  • Attending auditable processes of the plant.

  • Ensure food safety practices and applicable SQF system requirements.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.

  • 1 year experience in administrative activities such as sales or cycle counting desirable.

  • Desirable experience with inventory management.

  • Basic Excel knowledge required .

  • Basic SAP or Oracle knowledge required .

  • Fluent in spoken English .

  • Required a vailability to work at Soyaniquilpan de Juarez, Estado de México .
