Job Summary:
Manage warehouse operations with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach. Proficient in utilizing advanced excel functions to optimize inventory tracking and reporting. Skilled in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, supporting audits and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
Strong communicator with collaborative mindset, adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and fulfillment of orders. Committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, while adhering to stringent pharmaceutical quality standards.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Area Of Responsibility:
Under extensive supervision:
Perform cycle counts on a scheduled basis.
The ability to verify, pick and stage finished goods against delivery picking/ packing list.
Utilize SAP to accurately reflect physical storage and maintain physical accuracy of all components and raw materials.
Demonstrate GMP and GDP (Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices).
Ability to perform material put away using RF scanner.
Pick/Put away material in designated system locations.
Use power equipments such as forklift, stand ups and other devices used in warehouse environment to load, unload, move, stack and transfer materials.
Perform the physical tasks involved in material movement, receiving, shipping and storage of all materials.
Perform inventory adjustments.
Perform destruction activities for raw materials, excipients, intermediate, finished goods, packaging components, printed packaging materials, etc.
Prepare manifest and associated destruction documentation.
Perform mid and end of year DEA Controlled Substance activities.
Follow SOPs and safety policies.
Unpack and check materials received against Purchase order/ invoice, maintain record of received goods and to inform Manager if any discrepancies are found in received goods.
Support audit activities involving inventory verifications.
Perform other Warehouse duties as required including but not limited assisting in put away/ stage materials.
Generate inventory reports.
Able to perform basic SAP transactions.
Able to perform CTPAT inspection.
Able to calibrate and operate weighing machine.
Able to perform cycle counts by inputting counted quantities via SAP and RF Scanner.
Work Conditions:
Noise: Sufficient noise, either constant or intermittent, to cause marked distraction or possible injury to sense of hearing.
Fumes: Smoky or vaporous emissions, usually odorous, thrown off as the result of combustion or chemical reaction.
Odors: Unpleasant smells.
Gases: Examples include carbon monoxide and ozone.
Dust: Airborne particles of any kind, such as textile dust, wood, and silica.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl,push, and bend.
Must be capable of bending and lifting, moving and/or carrying up to approximately 50 pounds.
Must be able to move pallets/equipment weighing about 100 -300 pounds using suitable moving equipment such as pallet jacks / Hi-Lo.
Must have the ability to stand, ambulate and reach as required by job duties while navigating the office, lab, warehouse, and/or plant floor working environments.
Must have the ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment utilized at the site, including but not limited to respirators, safety glasses/goggles, and safety shoes.

Education and Job Qualification:
Minimum of High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Microsoft office skills with strong excel knowledge required.
Basic knowledge in operating Warehouse equipment preferred.
Knowledge regarding material destruction.
Able to problem solve.
Able to use Warehouse equipmentsuch as forklifts (turret, standup, sit down, etc.) and other devices used in the warehouse environment to load, unload, move, stack, and transfer materials preferred.
The requirement for English language proficiency for this job role is Basic A2 (comparable to Global CEFR Basic A2) level based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Experience:
Previous experience shipping and receiving in a pharmaceutical warehouse setting preferred.
Preferred experience operating fork lift. (0-2 years)
Basic reading, writing and math.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
