Requirements
3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
Current S1 or S2 license or the ability to obtain required license within 6 months of hire.
High school diploma/GED
Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC knowledge
Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
Support and communicate progress with students
Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
Pay Rate
$35 - $37 an hour
Sign-On Bonus
Full Time - $4,000
Part Time - $2,000
Upon meeting the criteria outlined in Lincoln Tech's Employee Sign-On Bonus Agreement
