The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology in the cosmetics industry. Your goal will be to develop your own abilities through work experience, tutoring, and training.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :

You will assist the HR Business Partner of the site and will have a project, according to your date of arrival:

• The organization of the elections of the employees’ representatives

• Leading a project to create and animate a network of campus managers on the site

• Responsible for optimizing and simplifying work processes by improving reporting and decision-making tools

Job Qualifications

• You are preparing for a master's degree in human resources

• You are rigorous in your work and organized

• You have a strong sense of initiative

• You master the office pack and particularly Excel

• You have a good level of English

• Flexible start date and rhythm
