Logan's Roadhouse Human Resources Generalist in United States
Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR Director as well as support for operations, Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with onboarding paperwork, light employee relations coaching and administrative duties as required to assist the operations and HR.
Provides administrative support to the Director of HR, including but not limited to:preparing reports, presentations, typing, filing, organizing communication flow, processing onboarding paperwork and Employee Relations processing.
Communicates with operations personnel about policies and procedures.
Processes, reviews, and audits invoices and prepares various reports and analyses.
Maintains all Human Resources filing systems to ensure completion, organization, and confidentiality in all aspects.
Ensures that all communications regarding the Human Resource department are organized and in compliance with Company guidelines.
Presents a positive image to those outside the department.
Processes subpoenas, answers unemployment questions from CCC, re-setting passwords for systems.

Required Education and Experience
1-2 years prior Human Resources experience required and experience in Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality industry preferred.
1 year of Leave of Absence administration experience required.
Professional certification (PHR or equivalent) preferred.
Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize workload as needed.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook programs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to manners of significance.
