Logan's Roadhouse Human Resources Generalist in United States

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR Director as well as support for operations, Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with onboarding paperwork, light employee relations coaching and administrative duties as required to assist the operations and HR.

Essential Duties:

  • Provides administrative support to the Director of HR, including but not limited to:preparing reports, presentations, typing, filing, organizing communication flow, processing onboarding paperwork and Employee Relations processing.

  • Communicates with operations personnel about policies and procedures.

  • Processes, reviews, and audits invoices and prepares various reports and analyses.

  • Maintains all Human Resources filing systems to ensure completion, organization, and confidentiality in all aspects.

  • Ensures that all communications regarding the Human Resource department are organized and in compliance with Company guidelines.

  • Presents a positive image to those outside the department.

  • Processes subpoenas, answers unemployment questions from CCC, re-setting passwords for systems.

Required Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years prior Human Resources experience required and experience in Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality industry preferred.

  • 1 year of Leave of Absence administration experience required.

  • Professional certification (PHR or equivalent) preferred.

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize workload as needed.

  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook programs.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to manners of significance.

Essential Physical Demands

  • Ability to write for extended periods of time.
