Welcome guests with a warm smile
Works to resolve issues to ensure guests have a great stay.
Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Registers and checks guests out of Verizon’s Learning and Development center.
Establishes and secures proper guest credit.
Handles billing questions and inquiries from groups and transient guests.
Enters requests into Management system.
Enters requests in Alice Maintenance System.
Handles all changes and requests in Intelity Platform.
Keeps and maintains all Front Desk logs.
Generates reports for Front Desk, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
Performs all accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing.
Answers phones and delivers messages to guests and internal departments.
Delivers mail and packages to guests.
Completes a daily shift audit and balances all account settlements, charges, etc.
Handles all cash transactions and maintains a personal bank.
