Summary

Join our US Fleet Mobility team as a Fleet Card Sales Manager , where you’ll drive strategy, coach a team of sales professionals, and expand our fleet card portfolio across our family of brands: bp, Amoco, Thorntons, TA, Petro, and TA Express.
This position requires a results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to develop talent, and the drive to deliver success through building and strengthening customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Fleet Card Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement training programs to build expertise in product offerings, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team members' growth and alignment with company goals.
Gain a deep understanding of our US Fleet Mobility card offerings and effectively communicate the value to the team.
Strategic Sales Management
Establish and execute sales strategies to help the team generate leads, driving fleet card growth across our family of brands.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, develop strategies, and improve team effectiveness.
Customer and Market Engagement
Act as a primary point of contact for key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership growth.
Support sellers in field activities, including trade shows, associations meetings, working with Branded Marketers and franchisees, and networking to build a robust customer base.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Excellence
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate records and forecasting in Salesforce to enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding, improve processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities align with company values and safety standards.
Your Impact
Build and lead your team to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Strengthen relationships across the US Fleet Mobility organization, Branded Marketers, and franchisees, driving fleet volume growth.
Represent the organization as a leader, setting an example through professionalism, collaboration, and results-driven activity.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience in fleet, payment, or oil & gas industries is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management and operations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve results.
Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to support team members and engage with customers.

Pay Range
$80,000.00 - 115,000.00 annually - A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
