Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in:
Low Voltage Electrical systems
Commercial Fire Alarm systems
Commercial Security Alarm systems
Experienced with national and local building code
High school diploma/GED
Infrequent travel required
Preferred:
NICET Level II Certification
Construction experience
Teaching experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Present an engaging curriculum aligned with our company's coursework and plans
Stress the importance of safety and code compliance
Foster student growth, professionalism, and accountability for future careers
Maintain regular communication and engagement with students
Prepare students for diverse electrical career paths
Monitor student performance and offer support as needed
Provide timely feedback and grade assignments
Stay responsive to program leadership and student needs through various communication channel
Requirements
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to use current technology effectively
Strong ability to problem solve
Sales, recruitment, education, and public speaking experience
Responsibilities
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries relating to the admissions process and ensure that appropriate action is taken
Interview prospective students for acceptance into Lincoln Tech skilled trades programs
Deliver career information and discuss Lincoln Tech's programs and student support
Assist students in successfully navigating the admissions process and completing all requirements
Support students through the entire pre-start process and beyond
Pay Rate:
$80,000 - $85,000 a year
