A dynamic and experienced Finance Platform leader: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing process improvements across all areas of financial discipline, from cash collections to payroll, in order to drive simplicity, standardization, and scalability in our platforms. This role is integral to our business growth and is ideal for someone who is innovative, detail-oriented, and productivity focused that support financial health and sustainability.

What You'll Do:

· Process Management and Governance: Help establish success measures for the transformation program using metrics that include key performance indicators (KPIs), benefits targets, and others. Build operating rhythms to update finance and business leadership on program status, including risks, milestones, and budget.

· GSSC Shared Service Transition: Partner with GSSC (Global Shared Service Center) leadership to drive the integration of shared service roles into the finance organization. Provide support to ensure efficient organization and work placement design and delivery stabilization.

· Finance Organization Operating Model: Engage with internal teams and external providers to deliver on optimization opportunities. Partner with internal Bureau Veritas Process Leaders to provide input for building process standards documentation and ensures alignment with the process standards with key stakeholders. Review the finance operating model and lead the change management efforts within the organization to optimize the finance transformation.

· Technology Transformation: Leverage various technology platforms and solutions to bring efficiency and partner with the service provider on internal technology team to create a technology roadmap for the overall finance process. Identify leading practices and evolving trends in managing the process and introduce these within the organization, demonstrating the transformation value.

· Change Management: Work closely with the VP of Finance to define the future state of the North America finance process and establish clear milestones for the journey. Help design and implement an active engagement framework that fosters ongoing dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Adapt best practices from various entities & implement them across the organization.

· Other transformation projects: Lead other finance transformation projects as defined by the business needs.

How You'll Impact:

  1. Review and evaluate current financial processes across all areas of finance, including collections, payroll, procurement, budgeting, and reporting.

  2. Develop strategies and implementation plans for improving these processes, with an eye towards simplicity, standardization, and scalability.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new or improved financial systems and processes.

  4. Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory standards and best practices.

  5. Provide training and guidance to finance team members on new processes and systems.

  6. Develop and maintain metrics for tracking the success and effectiveness of implemented process improvements.

  7. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of financial systems and processes, identifying areas for further improvement.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

Additional qualifications such as CPA, MBA or Six Sigma certification

Strong knowledge of financial systems, regulations and procedures

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial information to non-finance professionals

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to work and strive in high-pressured and unstructured environment

High energy, high degree of ownership of work product, dedication and commitment to deliver results

Solid experience in end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes with demonstrated excellence in managing and delivering transformational improvements

3+ years of experience working in internal audit

Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in process improvement and transformation approaches: e.g. change management, process improvement, continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, process/value stream mapping, and technology transformation
