    Position Summary:

    In this Field Service Operations Coordinator position you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Field Service operations including, but not limited to, technician training coordination, maintaining training schedules, maintaining and keeping content updated on Microsoft Teams Field Service channels, best practices for Field Service operations and assist Field Service leadership with ongoing projects.

    Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile equipment evaluations and present to field in a timely manner.

  • Assists leadership with coordination of training for high-tech equipment and core dental equipment.

  • Works with service leadership to help document best practices for service operations, and to post and update when needed in confluence.

  • Engages with vendors to coordinate service training programs; works with vendors to establish vendor training and coordinate training schedules.

  • Maintains, and publishes technical content in the Field Service Microsoft Teams page. Such as service bulletins, new product launches, training, promotions, contests, etc.

  • Maintains records of training and updates technicians training plans in the Learning Center website.

  • Communicates effectively with diverse audiences through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Assists service leadership with ongoing projects.

  • Demonstrates ability to work successfully in an agile environment within a matrix reporting organization.

  • Position will require approximately 20% travel nationwide to attend regional meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.

  • All job duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor-s degree in Business or equivalent education/experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years- experience in service or operations management
