Job Description
Responsible for providing support for Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) for Production and Engineering.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Shaker Room
Run the following standard tests:
Incoming Evaluation
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)
Learn and understand the basic equipment theory to operate the following:
3-Axis Vibration systems
Vibration controllers
Operate cranes and manual lifts, perform daily pre-shift inspections
Assist in the annual equipment maintenance and calibration tasks for the following:
Standard 3-Axis Vibration System
MX series adapters
Vibration Controllers
All types of accelerometers
Chamber Room: Run the following standard tests:

Learn and understand the basic equipment theory to operate the following:
Environmental Test Chambers
Chamber Controllers
Chamber Test Stations
Operate the manual lifts and perform daily pre-shift inspections
Assist in the annual equipment maintenance and calibration tasks for the following:
Environmental Test Chambers
Chamber Controllers
Chamber Chart Recorders
Here's what you will get:
Duration: Temporary through end of December
Shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-3:30pm on a 9/80 schedule
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED
3-5 years' experience operating temperature chambers, 3-axis vibration systems, mechanical, and RF electrical experience.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and with a team.
Additional Requirements:
May be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Flexible to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and travel on occasion.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Able to lift 25 pounds close to the body repetitively. (Employees need to ask for assistance and use material handling tools for lesser weight in awkward location and/or body positions and for any items over 50 pounds).
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
