Waterford.org Enrollment Coordinatorregister and guide parents through the enrollment process of the Waterford UPSTART program!You will be a key piece of providing a positive enrollment experience through calls, emails, texts, and online chats. Enrollment Coordinators help program participants understand eligibility guidelines, participation expectations and next steps for achieving program success.  The shift we are looking to fill is 11:30am-8:00pm MST.


Enrollment Coordinators will collaborate with multiple departments in the organization and gain insights into PR, social media, technology, and events. This dynamic and fulfilling role will require phenomenal interpersonal communication skills as you provide support to parents struggling to find early education options for their children. Also, an eye to detail, to ensure information from the participant accurately flows through our CRM systems.


A typical day will include handling both inbound and outbound communication to parents by phone, email, chat, text, and social media. You'll also audit information to ensure it is accurately entered into our system by potential participants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connect with parents through incoming/outgoing calls, emails, text messages, online chats, and Social Media regarding Waterford UPSTART program registration, orientations, and Mentor

  • Retain participants that are struggling with the program by explaining the value of the program, assisting with computer setup, and getting participants to recommit to using the Waterford UPSTART software

  • Audit enrollments to verify the accuracy of contact information, demographics, and more

  • Provide information to leads and management to increase a positive registration engagement with parents

  • Miscellaneous enrollment/marketing needs as assigned by the Enrollment Lead

    Required Skills and Education

  • Associates degree or similar work experience

  • 2+ years providing customer service, call center, or early education support

  • Outstanding communication using all forms of contact: phone, email, text and chat

  • Proven ability to actively listen while displaying kindness and understanding to a diverse group of participants

  • Independent worker who is a naturally proactive and skilled problem solver

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong organization skills and good time management

  • Ability to complete all assigned tasks on time and without reminder

  • Ability to learn new processes and technical troubleshooting skills quickly

  • Keyboard at least 40 WPM

  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

    Preferred Skills and Education

  • Call center experience

  • Bilingual (Spanish)

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
