We are hiring a results-oriented Sales Development Leader with second level management experience to lead, grow, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The Sales Development Manager will have 5+ years of relevant experience where they were responsible for building the sales pipeline via outbounding prospecting techniques. This is currently a remote position.
Xactly’s Lead Generation team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team’s goal is to support Sales and Marketing’s missions to help drive quality pipeline for the organization.
THE SKILL SET:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
B2B SaaS experience required
5+ years of recent experience in a Lead or Demand Generation or Field Marketing role
Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
Experience with prospecting techniques, building cadences, and writing compelling messaging
Experience and comfort operating within CRM, Productivity, and BI tools (eg Salesforce, Salesloft, Ambition)
Familiarity with contact acquisition tools like Zoominfo, Apollo, Cognism, LeadIQ, InsideView, 6sense, Marketo, Pardot
Well versed in data derived insights - eg Excel, dashboards, reports, BI
Must be decisive, conscientious, and interact well in a team
Self-motivated, team player with a "can-do attitude"
Be able to motivate early career personnel to work collaboratively and cross functionally
Ability to identify trends in order to do more or less of what’s (not) working
