Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements below that.

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Case Management Program and Direct Assistance within Charities Hub. Responsible for the hiring, coaching, supervising, training and professional development, discipline, and evaluation of staff. Assigns work to staff and ensures it is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional and accurate manner and provides guidance, when necessary. Ensures adequate staffing to meet client needs and volume.

  • Handles all client and employee complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain and in compliance with Agency/Programmatic policies and procedures and treats each case with sensitivity and expedience.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures, strategic planning, programming, fiscal management, and quality assurance of the Call Center to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and governing contracts. Maintains statistical data and periodically reviews to ensure quality service provision and enhancements in programming. Ensures monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are prepared and delivered on time.

  • Works collaboratively, cooperatively, and professionally with other staff, departments, and/or community partner agencies to coordinate and obtain resources for clients or resolve any issues or concerns. Collaborates with agency personnel in submitting proposals as needed to secure financial support from private and government resources.

  • Must maintain a flexible schedule to attend and represent the Program at community events, committee meetings and special events, as needed.May be required to perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Relevant Education:Preferred: Master's Degree

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Experience:Preferred: 4-6 Years

Minimum: 2-4 Years

Certification/Licensure:Preferred: LCSW or LCPC
