Graebel is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence. The Director, Business Intelligence (BI) is a hands-on action-oriented role designing and implementing enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions. The Director, Business Intelligence (BI) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages a team of BI professionals, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

  • Works closely with senior leadership and executive management

  • Manage and prioritize analytic work queue including problem formulation, data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations.

  • Responsible for building, developing, and advancing the organization's approach to data analytics and supporting analytics culture through the standardization of data management and business intelligence technologies.

  • Manage the design, development, support, and documentation of internally created Business Intelligence solutions, automated process applications, tools, and related data stores.

  • Determine efficient and effective uses of automated processes to improve business efficiency, provide previously unavailable data, and generate insights for the internal lines of business.

  • Have advanced understanding of business and analytic requirements to deliver high-impact, relevant data products and visualizations that drive company performance through continuously monitoring, measuring, identifying root cause, and proactively identifying patterns and triggers across the company to optimize performance.

  • Develop and execute analytics roadmap aligned to strategy, including ongoing and new projects as requested and prioritized by executive leadership.

  • Upholds and enhances data quality and integrity through routine audits and adoption of best practices.

  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders and coordinates activities across all departments.

  • Participates in Enterprise Reporting program definition, strategy, and planning activities.

  • Extract meaningful business insights from data and identify the stories behind the patterns. Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.

  • Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.

  • Develop models to forecast key metrics to identify opportunities and problem areas.

  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Skills

  • Candidate must be able to control and manage multiple project timelines and milestones.

  • Candidate should be well versed in the Graebel technology platforms and processes.

  • Candidate should have good knowledge on US Domestic and International Mobility programs and processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.

  • Customer Facing/Relationship Building

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Comfortable raising awareness around risks associated with missed deadlines, both internally and with client

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, creative and confident

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, professional journals and governmental regulations.

  • Ability to write detailed business correspondence, policies and procedures.

  • Ability to give effective presentations to management and large groups.

  • Relocation experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of

study preferred.

Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training

  • GMS and/or CRP preferred
