NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Developer to join our team! The Developer is responsible for the creation and support of business applications, reporting and analytics to drive efficient operational excellence within the manufacturing and office environments. We are a Microsoft shop and have a hybrid environment with systems both on-premise and in the cloud.

As a Developer, you will:

  • Write SQL queries and create effective and user-friendly reports

  • Create and maintain business analytics views and dashboard to support strategic planning and decisions

  • Maintain user rights and privileges for business applications, reports and analytics

  • Provide business functionality support to business users for all applications, reports and analytics

  • Document business processes and workflows

  • Support code management within systems implemented at Millerbernd Manufacturing

  • Perform peer reviews of team code and programming deliverables

  • Pro-active interaction with key business users of all levels of the organization

    Role Qualifications as a Developer:

  • Preferred candidates will have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related field

  • Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, .NET development.

  • Experienced Programming in .NET (C# preferred)

  • MS SQL query and report creation

  • Basic understanding of ERP functionality

  • Solid critical thinking and analytical thinking

  • Relational Database Experience

  • Content Management solutions

    The Process:

  • After we’ve had a chance to chat with you, we will pass your application and our notes on to the hiring manager. From here, the hiring manager will review the information and determine the next steps.

  • Next steps would include an on-site interview and tour of the facility to see what you could be doing here at Millerbernd Manufacturing. From here, the hiring manager would discuss the interview with the Team Lead (if applicable) and determine to move forward or not.
