ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive Customer Service Management: Handle LoveShackFancy's online customer service channels, including emails, phone calls, chats, and texts, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.

  • Exemplary Customer Engagement:Interact with customers in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed their expectations at every touchpoint. It is our goal to provide world-class service to our customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Problem Resolution:Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, demonstrating empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal teams, including direct-to-consumer teams and other relevant departments, to gather insights, resolve complex issues, and enhance product knowledge.

  • Feedback Integration:Gather and integrate customer feedback into ongoing improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of LoveShackFancy's products, services, and overall customer experience.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility:Adapt to evolving customer service needs and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Location: Remote

Duration: Temporary (June 2024-January 2024)

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND BEHAVIOURS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with LoveShackFancy products is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
