Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll have a chance to make your mark in a culture based on motivation, inspiration and a drive to make a difference. Areas of involvement will include:
Handle incoming orders and arranging delivery
Communicate with 3rd party transport company for delivery issues
Support external sales team with product related queries
Liaise with internal warehouse and procurement team for backorder management
Work with credit control to answer any invoice queries
Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy
Adhere to all internally aged SLAs
What you’ll get
Salary £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Demonstrable customer care experience – Essential
Effective communication and problem solving – Essential
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload – Essential
Customer Service qualification – Desirable
Previous experience of SAP – Desirable
