Role: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Oldham

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll have a chance to make your mark in a culture based on motivation, inspiration and a drive to make a difference. Areas of involvement will include:

  • Handle incoming orders and arranging delivery

  • Communicate with 3rd party transport company for delivery issues

  • Support external sales team with product related queries

  • Liaise with internal warehouse and procurement team for backorder management

  • Work with credit control to answer any invoice queries

  • Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy

  • Adhere to all internally aged SLAs

    What you’ll get

  • Salary £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

    What you’ll need

  • Demonstrable customer care experience – Essential

  • Effective communication and problem solving – Essential

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload – Essential

  • Customer Service qualification – Desirable

  • Previous experience of SAP – Desirable
