Marketing Coordinator

The Position
CHESS Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proactive “can-do” mindset to join the marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator role emphasizes the importance of understanding marketing's role in meeting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. As a results-driven marketer, you will focus on digital and programmatic marketing, event optimization, and partnership management.
In this vital role, you will contribute to elevating brand awareness, driving sales, and promoting product adoption across all marketing initiatives. Your efforts will be instrumental in developing and managing our digital advertising presence, optimizing events, and building strategic partnerships that align with our organizational goals. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to manage the following areas:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and manage digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Optimize the website for improved user experience and increased traffic.
Programmatic Advertising:
Design and implement targeted programmatic campaigns to drive sales and brand recognition.
Analyze performance data to optimize spending and achieve measurable outcomes.
Event Marketing:
Develop comprehensive event plan in collaboration with sales and customer success, measuring success and gathering feedback.
Plan and execute event initiatives to boost participation and brand visibility.
Create promotional materials and outreach, including development and management of relevant campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce that reinforce brand messaging.
Manage promotional and display inventory and coordinate all event logistics and budgets working with outside tradeshow firm to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
Marketing Partnership Management:
Serve as the primary liaison for national partnerships, optimizing relationships to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with established marketing partners, including national and local associations, to maximize partnership effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, adjusting strategies to achieve product adoption goals.
Additional Marketing Support:
Maintain and manage sales and customer success collateral and enablement materials.
Oversee print contractors and promotional vendor relationships.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
Support product marketing function.
Monitor the online storefront, manage inventory selection, and support employee onboarding.

Your Value Proposition
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, business, or related field. Previous marketing experience preferred.

Work Schedule, Location, and Compensation
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
The position will work remotely from a dedicated home office with travel required up to 25% as needed to support the business
