On With Life Cook (Kitchen) in United States
NEW LOCATION: Join Our Growing Team in Polk City!
This part-time position works typical shifts of 6:30am-1pm or 1pm-7pm, though we have some flexibility on start and end times. This position works every other weekend (with a reduction in weekday hours), approximately 2-3 major or minor holidays per year (with special holiday pay).
Our Cook positions start at $16/hour for minimal experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. The full-time Cook position is eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance, vision insurance, free life and long-term disability insurance, a 401k match, PTO and long-term sick pay, and other benefits. What do Cooks at On With Life do?
prepare and serve high quality, nutritious meals to persons served, families, guests and staff
adhere to person-specific dietary restrictions or needs
maintain a safe kitchen and dining space that adheres to facility, industry and regulatory standards
An excellent candidate for our Cook position meets the following criteria:

Has a couple years experience in a role as a cook
Has experience with institutional, hospitality or healthcare meal preparation and kitchen operations
