As we grow our commercial organization, we are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead in EMEA to develop sales systems and tools, ensuring consistent processes and continuous improvement. This is a remote role and will report to the Regional VP of Sales & Marketing EMEA, you will collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, Channel Partner Management, Contract Management, and Finance. Your location can be anywhere in EMEA where we have a JBT location, including Germany, Italy, Sweden, France, Belgium, or the Netherlands. You will support sales capability development through training and performance tracking, oversee EMEA Sales Incentive Programs, and conduct special projects as needed by the Regional VP of Sales & Marketing. Once in place, you will be responsible for recruiting, building, and developing a high-performing team to drive our business objectives. On Any Given Day: Collect market intelligence on trends, competitors, and new customers. Optimize sales processes through new initiatives like pricing and incentives. Implement and improve systems and tools for sales projects. Monitor and manage the sales incentive plan. Enhance CRM (Salesforce) discipline with standardized processes. Develop and deliver training materials for sales managers. Track and upskill sales managers to close capability gaps. Create sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance insights. Assist with commercial planning, including sales forecasts, budgets, and target setting. Requirements: Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis. Ability to assess market data and translate it into implications for JBT's sales organization. Financial background and experience are beneficial. Understanding of JBT's product portfolio and account management logic to develop training content. Proficiency in MS Office to create tools for tracking target setting and progress. Strong skills in facilitating training for sales managers. Ability to engage with stakeholders to track sales performance and manage change. Travel & Location: Location EMEA Region Flexible to travel across the region approx. 10-20% of the time.
