The Calendar Group Client Relationship Manager in United States
Our client is looking for a poised and proactive Client Relationship Manager to foster long-term relationships with clients while ensuring the success of their projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys managing projects and acting as a trusted partner between business leaders and developers.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom software solutions, ensuring projects stay on track and align with client goals.
Look for opportunities to expand partnerships within client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and designers, to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Quickly address any issues that arise during projects and adjust plans to meet changing client needs.
Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping drive success.
Qualifications:
Must have proven experience in a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Based in the US or Canada, with minimal travel required.
Schedule: Full-time, remote position with minimal travel.
Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience.
