The Calendar Group Client Relationship Manager in United States

Our client is looking for a poised and proactive Client Relationship Manager to foster long-term relationships with clients while ensuring the success of their projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys managing projects and acting as a trusted partner between business leaders and developers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom software solutions, ensuring projects stay on track and align with client goals.

  • Look for opportunities to expand partnerships within client accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and designers, to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

  • Quickly address any issues that arise during projects and adjust plans to meet changing client needs.

  • Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping drive success.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have proven experience in a related field.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Based in the US or Canada, with minimal travel required.

Schedule: Full-time, remote position with minimal travel.

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience.
