RCM Technologies Civil Engineer in United States
Direct Placement Title or Role: Civil Engineer Compensation: Up to 110K/yr - plus benefits, commensurate with experience Location: Montvale, NJ Hybrid Company Description: With a rich history of delivering excellence, RCM Energy Services offers a broad range of engineering and project management services that span power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy sectors. Position Description: RCM is seeking Civil Engineers with 3 to 10 years of experience in site design of industrial, electrical substations, and miscellaneous projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement for a mid-level engineer through participation in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary approach with remote engineering to developing innovative engineering solutions for our local, national and international clients. Responsibilities:
Experience with design of stormwater management, site access and grading.
Experience with Civil design programs including AutoCad Civil 3D, Bentley Open programs, HydroCad or other design software.
Ability to develop and review design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Ability to prepare calculations using Excel and MathCAD.
Ability to conduct site visits and field investigation.
Work within a team-oriented environment to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering,
Minimum of three (3) years of site design, preferably with industrial and/or Substation design experience.
EIT or Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
