As part of the Business Services organization, we typically work with clients over the long term to transform their HR / People functions and by extension their business. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced People Analytics Lead Consultant to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expertise & Project Delivery

  • Work with clients on their HR Analytics and Research needs, supporting the development and delivery of their People Strategy; design and lead delivery ofPeople Analytics projects.

  • Develop new client relationships with support from Account Client Partners, GTM leads and other internal partners, presenting and pitching the range of capabilities in the offer.

  • Build and maintain sustainable client-executive relationships through high-quality delivery, ensure results, exceed client expectations, and be a trusted advisor and partner and consider opportunities for upsell and further advisory work.

  • Leverage relationships, knowledge, and professional experience to grow the breadth of offer clients, acting as SME lead for the Data-Driven HR offer in North America.

  • Write reports, conduct research, and create analytical tools and products that use a range of structured and unstructured data sets from both people and non-people systems to make predictions in critical areas for clients’ People Experience.

  • Develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients that allow anticipation of client requirements and an advisory style relationship.

  • Demonstrate ability to drive blended teams of consultants, junior team members, technology specialists, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver to schedule, scope, quality, and budget, managing risks, results, and profitability effectively.

  • Develop analytical products, visualizations, and reports that support clients to gain insight from their data, tell stories with data.

  • Manage and develop teams and capabilities aligned to the ambition and the needs of the projects and to the talents with the goal of growing the offer footprint.

  • Lead or be a team member on transformation projects with large client organizations incl. accurate reporting of personal and project team productivity.

  • Simplify and bring clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured actions and recommendations.

Offer Development

  • Support the leadership and development of our people through people management and training

  • Develop our business by applying experience and topical knowledge to thought leadership and sector-centric offer development

  • Communicate and market thought leadership via broader sector forums, such as speaking engagements, trade publications, and other print media

  • Partner with other internal leaders to grow the Capgemini Business Services brand

  • Support recruiting efforts through networking and interviewing

  • Demonstrate strong consulting and advisory skillset including analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize content and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables

• Drive innovation and continually develop the team’s knowledge and own knowledge in the areas of statistics, People Analytics, Machine Learning, AI and related topics.

• Demonstrate proficiency with appropriate tools for the analysis of data (e.g., Excel, Python, R, BI/ Data Viz & statistical packages) and the communication of insights and recommendations (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)

Competencies & Requirements:

  • MBA or Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business / Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Organizational Behavior or Psychology or a related field.

  • Strong experience in either HR or Analytics field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and storytelling with data.

  • A self-starter with strong consulting skills, i.e., a credible client-facing presence, an ability to develop trusting relationships, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Extensive experience applying or leading the application of statistical, data science, and advanced analytics techniques to answer business questions.

  • Desirable: Architectural and/or feature knowledge and experience in the use of at least one of the listed Languages or Packages: Python, R, MATLAB, STATA, SPSS, SAS.

  • Desirable: Experience with the field of People Analytics specifically, of an analytical / business partnering role in a People / HR function or with a human/psychology/workplace element.
