Join us as a Business Development Representative for our ShareFile group and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a hybrid role so working between your home office and our San Jose Costa Rica office.
In this role, you will:
Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone
Prospect in a set list of in-market accounts
Run outbound sales reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accounts
Utilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right account
Work alongside our sales team to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities
Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches
Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions
Use sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, SalesForce)
DiscoverOrg, Drift) to identify and qualify decision makers who can utilize Progress solutions
Meet the minimum requirements set by Sales Leadership for outbound calls per day
Articulate to customers the business and technical benefits of Progress solutions
Interpret customer requirements, proactively act to identify solutions that meet customer needs
Set discovery meeting appointments for Regional Sales Teams
Your background:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Lead Generation *this is NOT a closing role
Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role (preferably outbound sales)
Enthusiastic, driven and confident personality
Go-getter, disciplined and organized
Solid English fluency, both written and verbal communications
Competitive edge and thrives in a team environment
Good knowledge of LinkedIn
Passion for outbound selling
Go-getter, systematic, and organized
Familiarity with Salesforce
