The Role

We are actively seeking a National Business Development Manager on a permanent basis for our Stanley Engineered Fastenings division. As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on creating new business through the prospecting of new B2B customers (mainly OEMs or Distribution) in addition to growing some of our existing portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely together with Application Engineers, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Inside Sales and Customer Services.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial sales capacity

  • Affinity with a comparable product portfolio (tools)

  • Experience with B2B sales, Distribution and OEM’s is preferred

  • You are comfortable at liaising with people on all levels and backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not essential)
