ManpowerGroup’s Experis Project Solutions team as a Business Development Executive.

The Experis Practices Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth by selling project and managed services IT offerings in Business Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Workspace, Cloud & Infrastructure and Cyber Security to new clients and expanding Experis services business within existing Experis/ManpowerGroup clients within assigned markets or customer-base.

Making an Impact

• Secure new project & managed services business with new and existing clients in an assigned region or clients. Together with assigned SRVP or Enterprise Sales leader, develop and execute a plan to capitalize on new business development Collaborate with Experis/Enterprise staffing CADs, ESLs, MDs and BDMs to penetrate existing accounts, introducing and selling project & managed services Respond to referrals from and work together with BDMs, CADs ESLs and MDs to qualify and close referred business.

Sharing Expertise

• Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise. Offer customized business IT solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands. Model consultative selling methods and techniques in work with field teams in order to improve quality of discovery and qualification process and enable growth in assigned markets.

Gaining Exposure

• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to contracting. Partner with solution experts to solution for the client and ensure successful solution design.

Your Typical Day

• Meeting with clients and prospects to develop high probability, high-value pipeline

• Develop a solution for the problem the client is trying to solve – develop strategic solutions to address client needs

• Develop and execute discrete close plans for all open activities

• Diligent maintenance of pipeline hygiene to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting

• Participates in both Market practices sales meetings regularly with a focus on driving deal closure and team alignment to win and execute

• Will work with client to build out larger solutions and expand to other practices, locations, and/or clients

● Sales: 6 years selling a solution / in a professional services industry

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to Have

● Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience in the IT / Computer Science industry

● Education: Bachelor’s degree with Computer Science, emphasis or MBA
