SUMMARY:

SME in production digital systems with capacity to identify problems, lead to root causes, propose smart solutions based on data to help take desicions to improve qualitative metrics. BA's have to provide the system information required by the bussines in a systematic way. Always in touch with site GM to align systems to achieve company's goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

1) Support on NPI initial process analysis: Plugins, xlinks, specific validation logic definition, request and testing (needs to be part of NPI meetings) 2) Validation procedures documentation related with ERP/MES interacion (UAT, OQ, PQ - document fill if its the SME, drive to SME when its necessary) 3) Leader for MES / ERP projects Ops related using systematic procedures (A3, DMAIC, Change Management, etc) 4) Dashobards, Reports and MES information provider on a systematic way, Corp <=> Operation facilitator (tech <=> admin <=> tech) 5) MES administratior (as super-user on global settings; resources, plugins, user interface templates, certifications) * Clear line needs to be defined between IT and BA according to technical/security capability * 5.1) xLinks folders administration and organization 6) General systems data mapping and optimization (from the workstation to High level KPI) 7) MES/ERP - job & wip monitor (constant conciliation process) 8) Procedure, flowcharts and guidelines documentation for standard training on MES use (train the trainers) 9) Shutdowns and errors action tracker owner and leader between site and support departments
