Job Profile

As our Sexual Violence Community Outreach and Victim Advocate for Moving to End Sexual Violence (MESA), you will develop relationships with community-based agencies and community leaders in the Latinx community as well as older adults, LGBT+, and other “minoritized populations”. Additionally, you will provide advocacy services at partnering agencies to best serve clients. You will assist MESA clients with emotional support, assistance in navigating the criminal justice system, victim advocacy, and with resources and referrals. You will provide psychoeducation on MESA services and issues of sexual violence to the Boulder County community. You will report to the MESA Program Manager.

What We Need for this Job:

  • Bilingual Spanish

  • Four (4) years relevant experience with sexual violence or crisis intervention

  • Must have understanding of issues and dynamics of sexual assault
