Responsible for development & implementation of Information Technology (IT) Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) programs, and to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT Governance policies and procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Provide strategic advice to the business on IT matters

• Manage the cost of IT GRC and ITSM solutions and services where feasible

• Ensure that IT GRC and ITSM initiatives are cost effective

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.

• Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of global, regional, and local projects, providing advisory for compliance and security controls.

• Work in partnership with Head Office, Regional Offices, other Branches, Vendors, and other department in Jakarta Branch to enhance & implement policies & frameworks and drive compliance & security initiatives.

• Respond to questions or reporting requirements from local authorities as required

• Provide guidance and support less experienced members of the team to build and maintain effective relationship with stakeholder and understand their needs to provide better and high quality of services.

• Support the Department Head on complex IT Risk issue
