Lincoln has successfully transitioned experienced technicians with little or no teaching background into organized educators. We provide ongoing training and tools, which make it easy for you to carry out our structured curriculum.
Requirements
3+ years experience as an Automotive/Diesel/ Heavy Equipment Technician
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer skills
High-School Diploma/ GED
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures with the help of Lincoln Tech's standardized curriculum
Provide practical training ensuring periodic maintenance of equipment
Evaluate and communicate student performance in a timely manner
