Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audio/Visual Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and management of audio/visual projects across various platforms and mediums. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality audio/visual content that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development and execution of audio/visual projects from concept to completion.
Develop and facilitate audio/visual programs that include video production, music creation, and digital storytelling tailored to the needs of adults with IDD.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices related to audio/visual production. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans. Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget.
Supervise and provide staff development to ensure that Program Staff are able to provide dynamic and engaging activities in the area of Audio/Visual.
Collaborate with staff to integrate multimedia projects into broader program goals.
Maintain and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and software as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Communication or related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in audio/visual program management or related roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Solid understanding of audio/visual production processes, techniques and equipment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative programming.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or points in the past three years).
