Description
A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a non-exempt ITS Communications Manager. The position reports to the Vice President of Information Technology. The purpose of this position is to develop, produce, publish, and distribute all ITS services documentation, end user communications, and online training/communications information. This position will utilize a wide variety of communications methods including but not limited to ITS Lunch & Learn webinars, graphical service overviews, written user guides, video installation instructions, online self-service help, and technical reference information. The position will
also design and facilitate IT related outreach events to build and maintain rapport with the ATSU community.
This is a remote position.
Major Job Duties
Writes, produces and edits user-facing technical documentation.
Communicates vital ITS information to University faculty, staff, and students.
Develops and coordinates technical training programs for University faculty and staff.
Produces online events to help distribute and communicate information related to ATSU systems and services.
Develop and maintain strong ties between ITS and the rest of the ITS community.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements
Four-year college degree
Knowledge of and solid computer skills in the following areas:
Formatting technical information
Use of Graphics and multi-media to communicate concepts and important information
People skills
Must be a logical thinker with an interest in using technology for the continuous improvement of business processes
Ability to work calmly with all positions and personalities
