Job Overview

Realiza operaciones de manufactura altamente repetitivas donde se requiere posicionar, insertar, o adherir una cantidad de materiales, piezas, componentes y producto de forma específica. Las operaciones de manufactura pueden requerir la operación de maquinaria manual y/o semiautomática de alimentación u operación sencilla.

A Day In The Life

  • Responsable por correctamente cumplimentar y registrar la información de su asistencia, producción diaria, material, piezas, producto desechado (“scrap”) data estadística para gráficas de control, tableros hora por hora, tableros SQDC, según aplique y otros según le sea requerido.

  • Responsable por mantener las áreas de trabajo y de uso común limpias y ordenadas siguiendo el procedimiento de las 5S y/o 5S Progresivo según aplique al área de trabajo.

  • Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos, Manual y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad de Planta Física, Finanzas, y otras.

  • Realiza otras tareas relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo, según instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Cuarto año de Escuela Superior completado en institución acreditada.

  • Preferible uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia previa en industria de manufactura de alto volumen, preferiblemente eléctrica o electrónica.

  • Saber leer, escribir y comprender el idioma Español.

  • Se requieren destrezas de matemática básica tales como: suma, resta, multiplicación, y división de números enteros y promedio.

  • Se requiere destreza manual y la aptitud de seguir instrucciones, consistentemente.
