Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience teaching with primary sources, such as rare books, manuscripts, and archival collections.
Demonstrated experience identifying potential donors, stewarding donor relationships, and negotiating donor agreements.
Developing and implementing collection development policies for manuscript and rare book collections.
Demonstrated experience applying foundations of archival theory and/or the history of the book.
Initiating and sustaining collaborative opportunities within the campus, the local community, and beyond.
Providing research assistance for diverse audiences.
