Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements below that.
Provide accounting support in a variety of financial and administrative tasks. Duties will include updating excel spreadsheets for grant accounting, year-end analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and annual audit schedules preparation.
In addition, this role will provide support to Accounts Receivable a portion of the time. Duties will include entering cash receipts to the accounting software.
Ad hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Works cooperatively and collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.
