Hybrid schedule with commute to office in Troy, and to client locations as needed.

What you will be doing:
Handle day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Establish relationships with client stakeholders, pursuing additional business within existing client accounts, including access to new job categories, contract roles, SOWs, projects, and direct hire opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including the Recruiting/Delivery Team, Back Office Team, and Business Development Team to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet goals.
What do you bring:
Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience in a staffing environment
Must reside in the greater Troy/Detroit MI area
Ability to travel as needed
