We're seeking an Account Executive for our TrueBiz solution, a customizable automated lending platform for financial institutions. Put simply, TrueBiz utilizes data and data analytics to fuel SMB lending decisions. In this role, you will identify and scope opportunities to deliver this solution to current and prospective Demyst clients. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams to understand this solution at a granular level, which will enable you to present yourself as a trusted advisor. SMB lending is a lucrative space, but with high barriers to entry due to the very real challenges that large enterprises face when trying to onboard and leverage external data. This role is fully remote.
Establish yourself, with current and prospective clients, as a subject matter expert in the SMB lending space
Identify business requirements and understand data sources that support the optimization of small business lending
Achieve client commitment on use case and enterprise agreements
Train clients in the maintenance of our tools; establish, build and maintain our reputation as a trusted partner
Effectively manage projects with varying levels of breadth and depth in support of customer onboarding, including support of compliance/regulatory administration and internal project documentation
Onsite or virtually present with clients as needed under direction of client and leaders, typically 40-75% of the time
BA/BS (or MA/MS) in computer science, analytics, engineering or equivalent technical degree required
3-5 years direct consultative enterprise sales experience (7 figures commitment per year) with strong pre sales skills to coach clients through use case selection and delivery
3-5 years of experience with small business lending use cases, or direct experience selling highly technical solutions into the financial sector
A combination of expertise with other use cases specific to the financial services vertical, including fraud prevention, automation, digital origination, marketing, risk and compliance (AML, KYC, etc)
Deep technical acumen strongly desired
Ability to step in and assist in moving teams’ deals forward when necessary
Hands-on experience in an analytics, operations research, or technology domain with at least 2 years' experience helping clients implement data enabled solutions
Experience working within information services, technology, analytics, or consulting firms desired - this role is suited to an all-rounder with experience working with data, real-time or batch data enabled solutions and modeling
Polished interpersonal style, superb leadership and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, humility and grit
