What to Expect:
As an Associate Technical Support Engineer , you will …
Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle NetSuite and customers (e.g., Accounting / IT staff & leaders) to respond to their questions about the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process (e.g., sales, purchasing, invoicing, payment) Facilitate customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
Provide support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means).
Work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management and, in some areas, may work independently. Solutions often take time to develop through research, collaboration, or problem replication.

You understand core accounting principles and have an analytical approach to troubleshooting.
You are tenacious with a “get the job done” attitude , and you can find a way to solve the most complex of problems with creativity and inventive thinking. You are passionate about delivering results that make a difference for our customers.
You are curious and resourceful in nature and will use the tools and resources available to you to seek answers before seeking support.
You are confident in your ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks. You know how to pivot when you need to and manage your time in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You can engage and connect with people in a way that builds long-term trust and a high level of customer satisfaction. You are a collaborator who understands the importance of teamwork when getting the job done.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree/Experience in business/accounting/operations management/supply chain/finance/ Invoicing and Payment processing (Class of 2024 or 2025) or you are a student for those areas.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You have experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
