We are looking for Dutch speaking colleagues passionate about providing support in After Sales as well as customer engagement for a world-famous automotive brand.

What you will do

• Decide if calls need immediate attention, transfer, or follow-up.

• Understand each customer’s needs from the provided info.

• Collect and update all necessary details in the database.

• Use your empathy to guide customers through technical issues.

• Escalate concerns and clearly explain company policies to customers.

• Liaise with customers and prospects to promote products, identify purchase opportunities, and explore how our other products or services can provide additional benefits.

What we expect from you

• Willingness to interact with customers and provide them with an excellent customer experience.

• C2/C1 level of Dutch (assessed by an external provider) and at least B2 in English .

• Availability for training of up to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17.15pm.

• After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday and be open to work outside normal hours between 21:00-09:00 for Roadside Assistance.

• Customer orientation and at least 1 year of working experience in sales or distribution.
