GE Healthcare Senior Manager, Strategic Programs & Partnership– International in Thailand

Job Description Summary

INTERNATIONAL (Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, ANZ, South Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin Americas) is a key growth region for GE Healthcare (40% of global sales). Given the region’s growth ambitions, we are seeking a Strategy Professional to optimize expansion in existing markets, identify new growth area, support creation of strategies/proposals and execution on those opportunities in collaboration with segment and sub-region organization.

The primary focus of the role will be on Enterprise Accounts (e.g., Key government accounts, multi-lateral development financial institutions, pan-regional private chain hospitals, etc.,)

On a day-to-day basis, the role holder will work directly with General Manager, Strategic Advisory & Partnership – International to support driving growth in Enterprise Accounts and strategic partnerships.

Job Description

Partnership Management & Development:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify strategic partnership opportunities and risks.

  • Identify and assess potential 3rd party partnership, strategic alliance, and acquisition to enhance competitive positioning, expand market presence, and drive business growth.

  • Monitor and evaluate existing strategic partnership landscape in collaboration with regional and global leadership team.

Project Management and Team Development:

  • Support project management office for worldwide product planning, long-term strategy planning, and other strategic initiatives by fostering effective collaboration with zone, commercial excellence, and segment.

  • Champion horizontal collaboration across functions to ensure alignment between market and customer demands and long-term strategic priorities.

  • Provide mentorship to segment and sub-regional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Healthcare Advisory Services:

  • Participate in projects lead by team of senior healthcare expert advisors, delivering high-impact advisory services to hospitals and healthcare providers.

  • Support change management initiatives, performance optimization projects, and solution delivery engagements tailored to the specific needs of Enterprise customers.

  • Support development of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and organizational effectiveness for Enterprise Accounts, ensuring measurable improvements and value creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5-8 years’ experience in consulting, product marketing or related field

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

  • Experience with PowerBI and willingness to learn.

  • Leadership skills – capable of executing projects on time and on budget.

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience in management consulting experience preferred.

  • Deep expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding for healthcare medical device or industrial B2B products.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, and able to develop and implement complex projects.

  • Flexible and have a “can do” and positive attitude.
