We are looking for a driven and people oriented professional to join our team of sales professionals and educators as a Technical Service Specialist.

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will educate and provide information to patients and medical professionals who use our medical devices to manage their diabetes. You will educate Medtronic diabetes team and external educators on the guidelines and standards for patient education on diabetes pump therapy and their actualization.

In this position, the patient support is provided in a flexible time schedule.This role will involve managing multiple priorities well and you will be expected to travel on regular basis (around 80% of the time) within the assigned region, covering the clinics and hospitals, private patients and attending meetings and trainings.

We are looking for candidates with different levels of seniority within this job position.


  • Follow Medtronic standards and guidelines for education

  • Educate patients who never had an insulin pump, change or upgrade to different model insulin pump and who haveCGM(Continuous Glucose Monitoring)

  • Educate team members on standards

  • Educate external educators (Certified Product Trainings)

  • Other tasks per manager request

  • Organize workshops and meetings for patients,HCPs

Must have

  • High School / University Degree

  • Ability to present information in a clear, concise and timely manner to customers experiencing medical emergencies

  • High sense of empathy, and patience

  • Good English, both written and spoken

  • Native Slovak language

  • Full clean driving license

  • Computer literacy

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience as educator or nurse would be a plus
