Job Description:

Supervises and coordinates Refrigeration operations and personnel within assigned AOR (Area of

Responsibility). Leads work teams that maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install refrigeration equipment

and components; performs the duties of subordinate personnel as required. Responsible for general

maintenance and repair of refrigeration units, refrigerated containers, and/or ice refrigeration units.

Supports HVAC operations and personnel as required. Executes assigned scope of work in compliance

with contract requirements, safety and quality standards, equipment specifications, schedules and cost

control estimates. Plans and coordinates supervision, personnel, material, and equipment needed to

meet schedules and adhere to budget constraints. Ensures proper utilization of electronic work order

system, equipment service and maintenance data, and related documentation requirements.

Communicates project status, issues and requirements with site management and other functional

leaders as appropriate. Establishes and maintains a safety culture on the project, ensuring that all

personnel adhere to company safety requirements at all times. Ensures that subordinates are trained

and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures and that work is being performed in

conformance with specified quality requirements.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with

the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
